| Short (or long) Story of My Life Just a girl with a hammer, a skirt, and a goal. haha I've been very fortunate in my life and the opportunities afforded to me. If you would have told me when I was young that my life would be like this, I wouldn't have believed you. I don't think anyone would have. I've come from very modest beginnings and now I've traveled all over the world and lived all over the U.S. and have made some amazing friends along the way. I'm excited for what every day and every year will bring! I was born in Florida. I have one brother whom I grew up with and three sisters who are absolutely beautiful that grew up with their mothers. I grew up with my brother, Jeremy, my mom, Sherry, my cousins Cameron, Tishana, and Khalani, my aunt, Sonia, and Granny whom I didn't know her real name until I was in 3rd grade. My family is from Georgia and some of our "southern charm" comes out at times! Moved around a lot growing up but went to high school in Julesburg, CO and college at Colorado State University. Since graduating, I've lived at the Olympic training center in Chula Vista, CA; Eugene, OR; Phoenix, AZ; and I'm back in Colorado preparing for the Olympic in London. I like the idea of being portable, everything I owns fits in my car. The most important things I own and need are some hammers, my high heel collection, my dog Koji, and my computer. The rest depends on how much room is left int he car. It's nice I can go anywhere, anytime. |

| Things I Like To Do When I'm not training or working (which is very little of my time), I enjoy to do the things average humans do. I love reading, mostly romance novels, but lately paranormal romance. I do enjoy your sci-fi post-apocalyptic (Earth Abides, etc) novels as well as sci-fi horror (zombies, Max Brooks). I also just finished my third novel and working on my forth in a series I am writing about Vampires (okay, maybe it's a romance novel) and also my first person novel about a girl who finds herself amidst a zombie apocalypse. |
| *Fun Loree Facts You May Not Know: Any where Loree goes she always has a zombie plan. Go ahead and ask her what is the safest place to go incase of a zombie attack. There are two types of people in this world: those who have a zombie plan and those who do not. The second group is called DINNER! I was deathly of the dark for most of my life including college. I have a large scar on my knee because when I lived alone in college, I used to sleep with a giant knife under my pillow and knelt on it one day! OUCH! Though afraid of the dark, my biggest fear is SNAKES. Even seeing them on t.v. makes me feel uneasy... |
